Refund policy

We will exchange or issue a refund for unused, unopened appliances up to 14 days after delivery/pickup if accompanied by the original receipt. For health reasons, all hair care products, hair pieces, brushes and cosmetics are final sale unless defective. Original receipt must also be provided for warranties to be valid.
