• You accept that product claims and information are provided by the manufacturer and are not warranted by us.

• When you place your order with us through credit card, your payment will be authorized and processed at time of check-out through our secure payment system which is provided by Moneris.  If you choose the PayPal option, the payment will be processed through your account with PayPal. 

• We reserve the right to cancel any order. at any time, for any reason.  This includes if we are unable to fulfill your order at the time of processing. If your card was charged, we will provide a refund at time of cancellation.

• We reserve the right to modify these terms without notice. Any changes go into effect upon being posted to this page.
